THE DIRECTORS OF IFOR WILLIAMS TRAILERS VISIT NEW ZEALAND

In September 2024, following the retirement of Hefin Davies of Southern Trailers, John & Carole Williams visited New Zealand for the first time. With a long list of applicants, John & Carole visited many outstanding short-listed businesses, all with the potential to be excellent Distributors & Sub Distributors of the brand on the North Island of New Zealand. 

John & Carole were impressed with the level of professionalism witnessed in all the businesses they visited and were given a very warm and personal welcome from many.

Appointing a new Distributor, located on the other side of the world, and keeping the joined-up, focussed and re-active type fit, that works well with the Ifor Williams business model, is important for the brand and its customers and underpins the strength of Ifor Williams Trailers in most markets.

John & Carole would like to acknowledge and thank all the businesses that they visited, for their time, their effort, their energy and passion and their research into the brand. With a promise to return, the Directors concluded that New Zealand is a truly beautiful country, whose roads and business users, are a direct fit with the design criteria already built into our rigorously tested, high performing and value for money products.
