The Ifor Williams Trailers merchandising unit is based on the popular BV126 box van model and provides the perfect portable solution for displaying products and merchandise at shows and events. Born out of demand for the exhibition of Genuine Parts at such occasions, the unit has been developed to offer a highly functional and versatile space for vendors. The design was honed through extensive research and development to ensure a flawless customer-focused experience.
One of the standout features of the merchandising unit is its slat wall, which provides a sturdy and durable solution for displaying parts and merchandise. This adaptable feature maximises the available space, making it easier to showcase a range of products in a professional manner.
The large opening hatch provides excellent visibility into the unit for the customer, while the smaller opening leaf is ideal for displaying smaller items with its built-in shelf. Optional front and rear shelves and storage units can also be added to further customise the space to your specific needs. For security, the unit features lockable front doors and rear ramp/doors, offering peace of mind while keeping your merchandise safe.
The unit is fitted with 12v internal lighting, including focused lighting above the slat wall as well as on the underside of the large top-opening hatch, ensuring optimal visibility even in low-light conditions, perfect for those winter shows. Additionally, the unit includes mains electrical hookups for power sockets, as well as a battery unit to ensure continuous power on the go, ensuring seamless functionality during events.
The ramp door combination is designed to allow for both easy forklift access or enabling you to roll up the ramp for convenient loading and unloading. This feature makes the unit highly adaptable, ensuring that setup and take-down at a show are hassle-free.

Service Hatch with integrated LED lighting
A full length service hatch features a top hinged section supported by gas struts with built-in mains powered LED tiles and the lower section folds down to provide a service shelf.
LED Internal lighting
12V Internal LED downlights provide the internal illumination, mounted in an attractive brushed aluminium coving.
Mains Hook-up
230V AC system with 12V battery, integrated battery charger and 2 x double sockets.
Slat walling
The side wall opposite the service hatch is fitted with slat wall cladding material, allowing full display of your goods.
Counter Top
Additional space to keep your stock, the Counter Top also has plug sockets for you to use your appliances while at an event.
Front Loading/Inspection Door
For ease of access, our Braked BV comes with a Front Door, next to the Drawbar to allow easy entry when loading or unloading.
Combination Van & Ramp Doors
With our Combination Van and Ramp Doors, you get the best of the both. Simple opening doors like you would see on a Van or a Fold Down Ramp for access with a Sack Truck or just to ease stepping up into the rear.
Cargo Tracks
Fitted as Standard to our Box Vans, these Cargo Tracks can be used as lashing points to secure your goods.

The Spare Wheel offers extra peace of mind on long journeys, to get you back on the road quickly if something unexpected occurs.

Lashing Point 500kg
Need more Lashing Points, we can offer our Recessed Lashing Points that are fitted into the Floor at the point of manufacture offering further internal lashing points that are rated at 500Kg each.
Wheel Chocks
Wheel Chocks are used to ensure that the trailer does not roll or move and should be placed at the front and back of a tyre. They should be placed flat against the tyre and pushed tight against the tyre treads, and always used in pairs.
Aluminium Treadplate Floor
Your floor can be upgraded to an Aluminium Treadplate covering to add additional Grip in Wet Conditions that complements the Galvanised Finish along with additional durability for everyday tasks.
Trailer Aid
Trailer Aid is a “Must Have” to make the changing of a wheel much easier, without the requirement of a heavy jack. Simply pull the good wheel onto the Trailer Aid and this will raise the wheel that needs replacing off the ground. When you have finished changing the wheel, simply reverse the trailer back down the Trailer Aid Ramp.
Coupling Lock
Our Ifor Williams Coupling Lock fits neatly around the Coupling Head to make the theft of your trailer much more difficult. The Lock is a High Security Lock which features an Anti-Drilling Barrel, and is supplied with an additional barrel to fit into the coupling, which can be opened with the same key.
